Ben Frederick is the newest addition to the team. Ben has raced many of the same events as us. He is mutual friends of Dan Netzer and Frank Cundiff of Celerity Cycling in Norfolk. Ben is from Harrisonburg, VA and a graduate of JMU. His first race as a team member will be the Blacksburg Omnium at the end of this month. Ben won the Tour de Toona Cat 4 Road Race, King of the Mountains, Criterium and the GC for the weekend.
