If you are as lucky as I am to have a stove-top espresso pot, here is a great technique for Cafecito or Café Cubano. Cafecito is a Cuban-style espresso. It is very strong and quite sweet. There is a Cuban ritual to making a Cafecito coffee. The ingredients are: cuban coffee and sugar. You’ll need a espresso maker, and a Pyrex measuring cup (if you don’t have one, a metal cup will work fine).
