Tonight’s ride was a trip from home to the American River Canyon Overlook area and back. It was warm outside, but not uncomfortably so, with only the slightest breeze.
Just prior to the ride up Maidu Drive I had an epiphany about why my training has suffered so lately. Last year at this time I had a completely different state of mind when riding……….
