Ben Frederick won the Luray Criterium in Luray Virginia and the Category 3 omnium of the Tour of Page County this weekend. 2nd was Brian Sjoeberg from Bike Doctor and Dan Netzer of Celerity Cycling grabbed 3rd overall.
